Who we are
Great Lakes Clear Bra ("we," "us") installs XPEL paint protection film in Kentwood, Michigan. This policy explains what information we collect through greatlakesclearbra.com, our business phone number (616) 577-8804, and text messages, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Quote requests: the name, phone number, vehicle and coverage you enter in our quote form, plus the page you sent it from.
- Calls and texts: when you call or text (616) 577-8804, your phone number, the time, and the content of your text messages.
- Basic website data: like most websites, our host records technical information such as your browser type and a shortened, scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used to block spam. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in general (for example, which pages are visited). It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
We don't collect payment card information on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your question or quote request and schedule your install.
- To forward your calls and texts to the owner so he can respond to you.
- To keep a record of requests so none get lost.

Text messages and mobile information
If you text our business number, your message is forwarded to the owner's phone so he can reply. We only send text messages in response to a conversation you start, about your own inquiry or appointment.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with the service providers listed below (for example, our phone carrier) is only to deliver our service to you. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages.
- Block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works.
Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to quote requests is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for vehicle owners and aren't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
